Talacre Beach
Making the most of the glorious sunshine, Sam took me to one of his teenage haunts today, Talacre Beach. We spent the afternoon meandering the nearby dune paths, part of which is part of a re-introduction and now conservation area for the rare Natterjack Toads, and beach combing. Amidst tales of Sam's teenage adventures and discovering the plentiful variety of shells and starfish - (so many starfish!) it was a much needed pleasant afternoon together.
With Sam's love of lighthouses, we of course had to take a closer look before heading back via the dunes...
